    £9 per person.

    Maximum capacity per session is 8 people.

  • Stroud Sauna is available for private hire and will give you exclusive access to the sauna and cold plunge for 1 hour.

  • Stroud Sauna is open 7 days a week.

    Sessions are for 1 hour and available from 7AM. The final booking for the day is at 8PM for a 9PM finish.

    Saturday sessions are available between 9AM and 5PM.

    After work happy hour, weekdays from 6PM till 7PM.

  • Stroud Sauna is located on Spillman’s Road in Rodborough.
